We know how critical it is to understand the technical aspects of our customers’ requirements. Therefore, an engineer is involved from design proposal to product shipment. Our complete staff of CAD operators, thermal and mechanical engineers, and test lab specialist works directly with the customer. Using the most advanced technological tools, electronically transferring data, and complete on-site analysis and test capability, assure quick and reliable response to your requests.

One of the most comprehensive and sophisticated analysis packages available, COSMOS/M is used for initial analysis, to streamline design verification testing. COSMOS/M models, meshes and visualizes both parts and assemblies. Comprehensive heat transfer analysis optimizes design parameters and expected thermal performance of alternative designs.

A complete range of testing capabilities includes both thermal and fire testing. For 2000oF testing to the requirements of FAA Power Plant Engineering Report No. 3A, a Carlin Model 201 CRD oil burner, with a modified extension, is used. In addition, Hi-Temp Insulation has a complete torch test set for testing temperatures up to 3500oF, for conditions simulating a rocket exhaust plume.
