Our strict quality assurance procedures, based on AS9100 quality requirements, track the fabrication process from material selection through final packaging. We are compliant and approved by the FAA to the FAR requirements pertaining to the manufacture and sale of FAA / PMA parts. In addition, we have delegated source authorization for many of our primary customers, including: Boeing, Spirit Aerosystems, Northrop, Middle River Aircraft Systems, Goodrich, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and Vought.

Hi Temp uses the FaroArm or the Leica Laser Tracker systems for performing inspections, tool certification, CAD-to-Part analysis, and reverse engineering. These are the ideal tools for completing surface measurements and dimensional calculations to the highest degree of precision and ease. Measuring directly against CAD data with these state of the art tools lets our operators see real time deviations from nominal. First Article Inspections can be produced with an inspection report certifying the part has been manufactured within acceptable tolerances and ensuring additional parts are produced correctly.
