Applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing, our commitment is 100% quality, 100% on time delivery, and the improvement of products without adding cost. Increased value to our customers is achieved by eliminating the waste in products and processes by applying low cost, innovative and permanent solutions. Sending key personnel to Lean training sessions at Boeing facilities, running week-long Boeing sponsored Accelerated Improvement Workshops (AIW) at our facility, and embracing the principles of Lean Manufacturing, demonstrates our commitment to offering increased value. Lean Manufacturing is a company-wide commitment, with the reliance placed on the employees. The people doing the process are best at improving the process. With the support of the AIW teams, changes and improvements are made on the spot. Follow-up is continuous, and the only certainty is change. Our
strict quality assurance procedures, based on AS9100 quality
requirements, track the fabrication process from material selection
through final packaging. We are compliant and approved by the FAA to
the FAR requirements pertaining to the manufacture and sale of FAA
/ PMA parts. In addition, we have delegated source authorization for
many of our primary customers, including; Boeing, Northrop, Middle River
Aircraft Systems, BF Goodrich, Grumman, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics
and Vought.
