Employees are eligible for life/health
and dental insurance on the first day of the month following sixty (60)
days of employment. The cost of the life, HMO health and DMO dental
insurance is completely paid for by the Company. There is a co-pay if
you want to cover any eligible dependents. The Company also offers an
indemnity health and dental plan which has a weekly co-payment.
Profit
Sharing
The Company has a profit sharing
plan so we can all share in the growth and prosperity of our endeavors.
You accumulate funds for your
retirement each year from the profits of the Company. These funds are
based on you annual salary. Each year the Board of Directors votes on
the dollar amount of the contribution to be made to the plan which is
based on the profits of the Company during the previous year. There
are no employee contributions. The Plan does not cost you anything.
401k
The Company also has a 401k retirement
plan available to all employees who have completed one (1) full year
of employment. Employees may save up to 18% of their gross annual income
in this plan and the Company will invest $.25 for every dollar for the
first 6% of income.
